Aerospottle Terms of Service

1. Account Creation and Conduct

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Security

You are responsible for your account credentials.

Automated Moderation

Aerospottle uses basic automated systems to flag suspicious activity (such as bot-like gameplay) for manual review by the administrator.

Fair Play

You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate leaderboards or card unlocks.

2. Termination and Suspension

Right to Act

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or delete any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Manual Review

While we use automated systems to flag potential issues, all final bans or account deletions are decided by the administrator after manual review.

No Compensation

If an account is banned or deleted for violating these terms, any associated card unlocks, stats, or supporter statuses are forfeited without a refund.

3. User-Side Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button. This action is permanent and results in the immediate loss of all win/loss history, streaks, card unlocks, and supporter badges.

4. Supporter Roles & Virtual Items

Supporter status and card inventory are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be traded for cash or transferred. All supporter contributions via Ko-fi are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, branding (Aerospottle), and original design elements are the property of the Aerospottle developers. You may not replicate or scrape the game’s content for commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aerospottle is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for loss of progress due to server outages, technical glitches, or any data charges incurred while playing.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Your continued use of Aerospottle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
